This was my thought process 5 years ago when I first opened the doors to my health coaching business. Many health coaches believe that getting a certification, creating a website, and purchasing a logo are the pivotal steps they need to take in order to reach sweet wellness business success.

Consider what type of program you want to create for your audience.

I recommend my clients start out with 1:1 coaching, and then expand to other types of offers.

By doing so, you will stand out from the crowd, attract clients (rather than chase them), and achieve expert level much quicker!

The truth is that in the beginning, clients are not going to flock to you straight away.

A wellness center can encompass many areas of holistic, alternative and naturopathic medicine.

Wellness centers are typically not associated with traditional medical clinics as their approaches vary, but this doesn't mean medical doctors neither endorse nor associate with wellness centers. When opening a wellness center the owner should have some idea of what services and healing modalities they would like to offer their patients.

The business plan should be a road map that includes every aspect of the business.

The owner should use the business plan as a blueprint of how to build the center.
